The Firm runs the Clerk for you. We manage the accounts, the AI usage costs, hosting, and the third-party tools it depends on. You get one bill and one point of contact. No API keys to manage.
Owned
The Firm builds the Clerk inside your own accounts — your databases, your AI keys, your hosting. You own everything from day one and the bills come to you directly. We can keep maintaining and improving it on a monthly basis, or — if you prefer — package it as a closed-end deliverable and step away.
Every Clerk is yours to keep.
The code, the documentation, the credentials — all delivered to you at the end of the Setup. If you ever want to part ways with the Firm, the Clerk keeps running. We provide everything any technical team needs to pick up where we left off.

We are at present a small workshop, taking on a deliberate number of patrons each season. We do not publish trade letters from clients we have not yet served, and we will not borrow the name of one trade to flatter another.
